The ruleset is up for the tournament! Please read, as all competitors will be held to these rules, and rules will be strictly enforced.
As of today we have 21 competitors registered from schools in Edmonton, Saskatoon, Vancouver, and Calgary. There are others who have told us, verbally, that they will be attending from other locations in Western Canada, but until they are officially registered, we can’t put them on here, of course.
This year’s tournament will be held at Pollard Meadows Elementary School, 1751 48 St NW, Edmonton, AB. Registration is expected to start at 09:00, and our first event to start at 09:30… Hopefully that will stay on schedule!
This year’s instructor will be Axel Petterson. He has taught with us in the past and was received well by all who attended, many of whom asked for him to come again. And we are honouring that request! The workshop will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 28, and will be held at Fulton Place Community League, 6115 Fulton Rd NW, Edmonton.
